Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo design for our new modern website launching very soon. The website allows individuals to find others to live with, using personality and demographic testing. We currently want to incorporate the branding of a fish, so this needs to be somewhere in the design. We also would like the use of blue (#00aeee) and potentially orange for the fish.
Attached are our previous logo designs, and our website design so you get the feel of the modern/simplistic look we are going for. We are not sure why, but we have not been completely satisfied with the logo.
So in summary, a house themed, fish themed, and possibly a personality themed logo. Something which is simplistic, and modern, and easily identifiable.
