Web Design Brief

Project Overview: We require a wordpress design for a new company based in South Perth Western Australia, "The Studio 64 Group" which provide centres where parents can utilise childcare whilst hiring furnished offices and co-working spaces. We also provide onsite beauty, hair, gymnasium and park & ride facilities into the CBD which can all be booked online through our website (plugins required to be used to book through https://simplybook.me/). We are a one stop shop where you can drop your children at childcare, skip the traffic and ride the ferry into the CBD. Or simply have your children cared for whilst you work out of our furnished office facilities.
The website design should be classy, modern, gender neutral and corporate (not too children focused/playful).

Look And Feel: clean, classy, modern site which is easy to navigate and book services online. It must also be gender neutral and corporate (not children focused/playful).
A typical childcare centre feel - we aren’t going for "jellybeans and teddybears" we are looking for a classy, corporate and sophisticated feel.


(LOGO currently being finalised but is charcoal grey on a white back ground and attached below - but will all be in lower case not capitals)

• • Clean, classy, modern site which is easy to navigate and book services online. It must also be gender neutral and corporate (not children focused/playful).
• • Require simplistic homepage with Menu of list of services, and template for individual pages for each of the services offered (child care, furnished offices, park & ride, hair/ beauty, gymnasium)
• • Necessary customization/plugins to allow online bookings to be placed https://simplybook.me/
• • Well placed plugin/customization to link and also allow "share it" type links to major social networks (linkedin, facebook, twitter, google+, etc.).
• • All design components should be optimized for indexing on major search engines
• • Wordpress theme that is supported in Chrome, IE 8+, firefox, and safari
