I would like to have the name, address, contact number, email. Those four fields. For now, just put generic names and number to fill in those fields. I will give the actual info once I pick a design.

It would actually be really good for us to have the "info" beforehand. Its hard for us to make a design if we have no idea how much space the info is gonna require.

You can of course put another name instead of your own, or change some of the numbers in your phone number.
But its still good for us to have something to go on, becuse some people might only want it to say:
