Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for my Life Coaching business. The focus for my Coaching is on helping people achieve their Goals, develop Confidence, and take ACTION. The logo needs to be sophisticated and professional looking (not cartoon-like). The name of my business is "Cynergy Coaching" which is a pun with my name (Cyndie) and Synergy, so some indication of 'energy increasing when two people work together would be symbolic'.
I do 1:1 coaching, lead groups / retreats / workshops, am a Speaker, and am also developing on-line courses on Goal Achievement and Confidence. I am very intersted in Habits and how our Minds work. (bright Turquoise blue is one of my primary colors.)
