Also no payment guarantee means not paid even if work very hard...
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

If you want it programmed in typo3, you will need to change it to a coded website instead of uncoded

I can ensure you that, if I like one of the designs submitted, I will choose it and pay for it. I myself do not have the knowlegde to use the design ideas submitted and hiring designers in Switzerland is more expensive than using the DesignCrowd platform. As we are a start-up with a limited budget we do not want to spend the extra money that is required for submitting a guaranteed project. Having this said, I would be happy to receive your design.
