Logo Design Brief

Want to create a cartoon style logo, transparent, which is going onto an ice hockey jersey. We just want his head with his goofy smile holding a hard driveWant to have our friend, picture included, holding a hard drive in his hand. Couple photos of pete are included, want to have him with a big gooffy smile. Also logo is being printed on a black jersey so white would look better

UPDATE: Please see attached picture of our old jersey we have. we are trying to recreate that sort of logo, obviously with more detail in the face. While he is still holding a hard drive.

UPDATE 2: Please see attached old photos from our old logo/jersey. We wanted the same sort of layout but with more detail and using the picture we provided.
