Postcard Design Brief

I need a logo that will be going out on a post card, inviting people to join me on an annual trip to Belize. The logo should include the text "Belize 2017". Attached is the logo that I used last year; I don't want it to look the same as last year's, however, I thought it would be good to show you. Logo should be aasily readable, prominent design, fit for a postcard or tshirt, making it fun, tropical, vintage, retro.
