Flyer Design Brief

Hi there, I'm a property agent based in Singapore and would like an artwork (A4 flyer size) advertising my services which will stand out from the rest of the agent flyers in the mass market today.

I'm looking into a cartoonish / funny comic strip design that breaks the traditional agent flyer layout (As listed in the website below) and yet professional enough with my photo, company's logo, salesperson registration number & contact details.

Must have

• Comic strip telling a funny story between a property agent & a client in the selling / buying / renting of properties in Singapore.
  
  Agent in the comic strip to be a cartoonised version of me (Refer to my photo attached).
  
  My license photo to be at the bottom right hand side of the flyer.
  
  Include these mandatory contact details beside my photo:
  - My name "Sean Yeo"
  - "Salesperson Reg. No: R051214E"
  - My mobile number "96-895-895"
  - My email "ask.seanyeo@hotmail.com"
  - My website "www.sean-y.com"
  
  Include my company's contact details right at the bottom of the flyer in very small print:
