Smart, professional and talented designers all go for guaranteed projects and they all give maximum effort and commitment for a guaranteed project - knowing that the project is worth their time and effort. Most talented designers avoid non committment projects because they know in the end, the client is not committed to project, will not give them feedback to improve their designs and eventually, they will most likely get a refund.
