Logo Design Brief

I am looking to develop a logo for a educational workshop program that will take the concept of patient care simulation labs and apply it to the supervisor/manager education & training. This is a program that will help ambulance service employees and managers learn practical management and supervisor skills. Like a paramedic works with a sim mannequin to learn how to learn critical patient care skills.
