I am building a website for my nutrition coaching business, Fuel Your Fitness. I coach a methodology called Flexible Nutrition or IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros). Essentially, flexible nutrition is the tracking of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate and fats) to achieve a body composition goal. You can "flex diet" to lose, gain or maintain weight, but will lose body fat while increasing performance. Flexible nutrition is designed so that you never feel deprived. No foods are off limits, as long as they fit your macros. While I recommend a good majority of one's diet is filled with nutritious, whole foods, it's okay to have that wine, ice cream, donuts, etc. when you're craving it. Looking forward to seeing your ideas!
Updates
Hi All,I am starting to get a better sense of what I'd like my logo to look like. I think I want to include the abbreviation for Fuel Your Fitness into the logo (FYF). I was thinking of having the first F being inverted, the Y connecting the two Fs, and the last F as is. So far the colors I've used on my website are White and #ee6059. Here's a link to a draft of my website in the case that helps: http://fyfnutrition.com/Thank you!Georgette Added Monday, December 5, 2016
Target Market(s)
I'd like the design to resonate with as wide an audience as possible, but most clients are fitness enthusiasts to some degree -- whether competitive CrossFitters or stay-at-home moms trying to stay in shape.
