Brochure Design Brief

I need a brochure that I can give to prospective students that could give them valuable information about our schedule and our multiple programs.

We are a high level martial arts academy and I want to come off that way. I don't want to come off cheap or your classic family friendly vibe but come off as legitimate and qualified.
