CD Cover Design Brief

I need a cd cover design for the band Groove Frequencies. The cd titled is called "N-The-Groove". A place called "The Groove" The place thumps and the music blows the roof off. It's a place where people go to have a good time. I'm looking for something that has bright pastel colors, cool artwork (hand drawn is acceptable). Something cool, funky like the music; nothing formal or stiff. I need a cover that'll make the radio person want to pick it out from the stack!
