Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed on a black backgorund. I like the new Marvel-Spider-Man font. My prefered colors are black, vibrant green, white and electric blue. I want a spider web then a silouette of a guy, with a bucket or brush something that show's he's cleaning, hanging down from the web (in green as it represents clean), maybe cleaning the name of the logo with high rise buildings and house silouette ghosted in the back, if it's not too busy. The buisiness is exterior roof cleaning, pressure washing buildings and gutters, property maintenance for residential and commercial. We want to create francise's so the logo needs to show what you do and look corporate.
