Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for our residential property company based out of Louisville, Ky. We would like a simple clean looking logo that can be used on mailings, letterheads or signage. In the test the emphasis should be on Schaefer Properties, with the first name (Noah) included but not as the focal point. We're open to different geometric shapes and lines/ borders, or possibly a simple clean outline of a house incorporated somehow. Minimal color should be used just black, white, greys with red as an accent color.
