T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a cool full color graphic for use on t shirts, sweatshirts, etc what more do you want??? Want a pretty conservative graphic that shows what we do and who we are. Pictures uploaded shows a basic sense of that. Probably using black or charcoal colored shirts, graphic should be toned down earth colors, black, browns, greens, maybe some fall colors included.
