Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new company based in the UK. I am launching an indoor adventure golf business. This takes traditional crazy golf and puts it indoors with lots of exciting themeing...volcanoes, rainforest effects, aztec masks, jungle sounds. Each location will have two 18 hole courses and then also a bar/cafe area. The target market is families, students, corporates (for team building events), teenagers, couples, birthday parties, stag dos. I am going to professionalise and revitalise the adventure/mini golf market in the UK. Later down the line we may also do outdoor adventure golf courses. I need the logo to be professional, fresh, easy to read and not too cheesy. My plan is for each location to have a different name with Discovery at the core...e.g. Aztec Discovery or Volcano Discovery. So there may be follow up design opportunities. But for now I need a core logo with just Discovery Adventure Golf. The attached file shows example photos of the sort of courses that I will be building...to give you an idea of theme. I need to be able to be flexible on theme with e.g. Aztecs vs volcano etc. But they will all be vibrant, bold themes.
