Logo Design Brief

I have a luxury real estate brokerage in the heart of Ski Country, in Colorado, USA. I am attaching my old logo, which I do not much care for. I am also attaching my name in script which I use a lot. I would like the logo to be similar to the 2 designs I am attaching--The Tissot logo and the Ferrarri California. Keep in mind, I would like the logo to also be bold enough to see on a real estate sign.
