I would like some sort of architectural design like a pencil type of drawing of a house but want it to be professional looking and two sided.

Simply I am a custom home builder and land developer. I would like a new design other than what I have now that's what I thought y'all did. I like mostly black maybe with an pencil type of drawing of a house. Like an architectural look.
