Logo Design Brief

We need to develop a brand logo for a new food & wine project. Enomia is "Eno" from the portuguese word of "oeno", which means related to wine, and "mia" is the end of the portuguese word for gastronomy. So, the ideia for the name was pairing wine and food, merging the two words.
The target is A and B food and wine lovers, urban, hi-level education, all genders.
The logo will be used as the image company, but also for web design, stationery and other applications. We would prefer to develop those projects with the same designer, so the candidate should expect further commissions for this project.
