Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a startup based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, that believes people will perform better and be happier at work once they know themselves better. It's like being able to read your own "user's manual" to understand what are the activities people really should focus on instead of improving weaker areas that even with a lot of effort will only improve only a little. At DISC2WORK we use the DISC assessment tool to find out your best behavior at work, what you really like to do and do well, so then you can emphasize them and let others do better what you don't like to do and usually consider very boring and tiring to do. After working with more than 1,000 people in our workshops we saw that they started to being more effective, delegating activities they had a hard time delivering results and focusing more on their strengths. By doing this a more collaborative way of working started to take place and teams got better results.

- We need a logo that is easy to read in both horizontal and vertical designs. Colors should be jovial and reflect a new way of working where people do what they like the most and do better to create real collaborative environments.
Nice to have
