Thanks for your message, actually it's the first time that i use designcrowd (i already did it for logo design few month ago).
Regarding website design i don't know exactly what will be delivered. So it's very difficult for me to upgrade budget if i have no idea about the delivered work.

Actually i just need a good beautiful single page template, it doesn't seem to be so much work.

If you can give me details about what you could delivered to me , may be i should upgrade the budget.

I appreciate your reply. We will provide you 4-5 designs to choose from as per your brief. We will provide you unlimited revisions in design phase. Once you are satisfied with a design, we will move to development phase. Here we will put put your site on our staging server and provide you functional link to your site so that you can view how it will appear when ready. You have unlimited revisions in dev phase as well. As you get done with it, we will move your site live and provide you logins to it ; complete access to your site.
