Is it just the chart tabs you wish to have converted? I ask because I have opened in OpenOffice and there are no red tabs.

Please provide more info on the colours, as 282 and 193 is not sufficient information to select a specific colour.

282 C? 282 CP? 282 U? 282 UP? 282 XGC? PQ-282C?

The letters determine the colour process and stock type, i.e. coated, uncoated, etc..
