Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer for an insert for a newspaper for an open house that we are going to have and we are also wanting to list the front of the flyer the 3 pictures of our real estate agents and our Logo.

For the real estate agents : The one with Purple shirt would be the middle picture.

Attached also is our current Logo, Please re-design our Logo a bit to make it look better.

Requirements

Must have

• Front page -
• Our logo at the top our 3 pictures at the top after our logo and business address.
• Middle of page Some thing worded similar to the following:"let us place a SOLD sign in your front yard". Or
• " Sold vs. For Sale which would you like to see in your front yard?"
• Our colors for our agency are Gold and Black (the whole flyer does not need to be this color though)
• Join us for an open house in our office
• Wednesday March 1
• 3-6pm
• Back page of flyer: "If you would like to add your name to the Sold Properties list, give us a call today!
• Sold listings which we will get sent to you will also be listed on the back page.

Should not have

• do not make the flyer too "busy" with too many pictures and wording.
