I unfortunately don't have a good example to hand at the moment, particularly of the detail I mentioned in the brief.
Some of the images from the website below are similar from a quality standpoint, however the image would need to be zoomed out a lot more to see as much of the chess board as possible. However I do like the greyscale nature of these images as well as some of the zooming techniques.
