Vector Design Brief
We need a vector designed for our web and print marketing materials that describes how our data collection and analysis process works. We have created a powerpoint slide which lays out the process very simply - we just need this to be converted into a nice vector image that has a more polished look and feel.
Our company creates digital models of employee relationships so that team leaders can understand how to unclog communication pathways and make the team work more efficiently together. To create the models, we look at variety of scenarios where employees interact with each other, then digitally capture that information via a 6 part questionnaire, and then apply 2 layers of network and business algorithms to get a digital representation of a team's culture, gaps in their networks, and leading and lagging indicators.

Requirements
Must have
- All the steps laid out in a logical manner -
- 1) Identify different scenarios that employees interact with
- 2) Digitize these relationships using a 5 minute questionnaire
- 3) Apply 2 layers of algorithms - first one being the leading edge network algorithms, and the second layer being the business algorithms to identify key roles and influencers
- 4) Get Actionable Results with Leading and Lagging Indicators, Gap Analysis, and a digital depiction of a team culture
- Additionally, we would like to show employees interacting with each other in variety of situations, such as sharing work-knowledge, or a trusting relationship, or a social interaction, or a mentorship interaction, and show how these interactions are very different from each other and together create a cohesive view of team interactions.
Nice to have
- would love to see this process laid out in a simple format which still shows the complexity of the algorithms and the analysis we do.
Should not have
- any reference to surveys, or employee engagement type wording
