I am establishing an intellectual property consulting and legal practice based in Melbourne. The focus will be on establishing ongoing partnerships with business to assist with all facets of intellectual property protection, enforcement and disputes, including trade marks, designs, copyright, domain name and consumer law/passing off disputes. In particular, I want the brand to convey a sharp professional image but also to appeal to clients in the creative/design industries, particularly fashion clients, which will be a particular industry focus.
The design should give prominence to the Y as the dominant feature with Intellectual Property as the sub-text. The Y is meant to represent two paths of thought converging into a unified pathway. It's also a play on the word "why". In terms of colour, I like green as the primary colour and possibly silver as a secondary colour.
