Photoshop Design Brief

We need a new default homescreen design for our televisions. This should reflect our company branding. My company is called Healthcare Information, HCI for short. Our website is www.hcic.com. We develop televisions and infotainment solutions for the healthcare industry. I am somewhat open to different color palettes but our company colors are blue, black, and white. Our design is constrained by the 9 buttons, however the design of the buttons can be changed. Also, there is a video box on the right side of the screen as shown, this design can also be changed.
