Logo Design Brief

I require a logo to be designed in accordance with the following guidelines;
1. The logo should be a dark/navy blue square. Within the square should appear a white circle. The centre of circle should be filled in dark/navy blue. Please see attached file for my interpretation of this logo.
2. The company name (Arena Wealth) should appear along with the logo.
Note: the logo will be printed on to white paper
