Icon Design Brief
We are looking to add a small group of icons (20 to 60) to be implemented through a back office digital platform to reward users with a merit type "badge" when they have reached a career benchmark, a milestone or accomplished something noteworthy in their career path. The graphics need to be clean, uniform and match visually with the terminology and accomplishment they are designed to represent. The will be small in nature, so scalable. They will need to be viewed together in small groups on the platform (6 to 12) as well as detailed and high resolution enough to be sent individually (via email) when one or more is awarded or obtianed.
We recruit for the Security, Investigations and Risk Management profession (www.EyeRecruit.com). Clientele ranges from general Security Officers and Private Detectives up to and including Cyber Security Specialists and Executive Protection Specialists that are employed at the highest levels of the profession Globally.
As an example, the Employer or Recruiter would be prompted to "follow up" within email or on the platform, prompted to select a simple "badge selection" process. This is done as a "reward" and to gather the positive effects of Positive Reinforcement. To often Human Resources and Management do not provide what is needed for personal growth and drive. The Employer would not feel it would put them in legal danger for "saying something" that was unauthorized from their HR or Legal Department. It is simply a "small recognition" token that follows the user through his / her career.
While we have provided a few conceptualized sketches / examples from a brainstorm session, but we are always open to ideas and suggestions from our development team. We are focused on the best ideas and suggestions regardless of where they come from. The end results are the goal.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: READ TO THE LAST WORD. A few designers have a good first submission and were working to get their concept forward, others have given an icon I could have bought for $1.00 on Iconfinder.com. We selected DesignCrowd because reviews online expressed that this company had the "very best designer from around the world" and our company wanted something we could not only be proud of, but was unique to us. Actually thats EVERY COMPANIES DESIRE RIGHT? Were we fooled by marketing BS? We have a unique company and we wanted to find like minded people in your industry to partner with. SHOW ME why we should use designers in this way in the future and not just pick some stock junk that is the FAST FOOD of YOUR industry. The project was set up to allow YOUR UNIQUE TALENTS AND VISION to be presented. Deadline is extended to Wednesday, Feb 22nd 2017. The Designer who is selected can be highlighted (hyperlinked if desired) on not only the platform but within our Email, Facebook, Google and LinkedIn marketing campaigns for 12 months.

Target Market(s)
Our customers are Job Seekers / Candidates in the field of Security & Investigation. Many have Law Enforcement, Military or other similar experience. The industries they have previously represented have a similar badge reward system. We are NOT the PUBLIC sector, but the PRIVATE sector so what we are "rewarding" is not the same as the PUBLIC sector (IE: Marksmanship). The Merit Badges will be "awarded" by Employers and members of our company (automatically or selected to provide) when it is warranted.
