Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an App focused on fan engagement through pictures, highlights, and video of events (primarily sports, but could be any crowd "buzz").

The current site (www.thelocalathlete.com and Buzzerr.live) are focused on our current market - Detroit High School basketball. We are nearing a pivot which will focus our efforts on the event and capturing content from the crowd, giving it context, and adding it to stream of events that make up the game or concert.

The app will be interactive and attempt to capture the pulse of the crowd in addition to their content. In-event actions include "likes" of content that are represented by a user clicking a fire icon to represent content that is "on fire". Post-Game will be a high-light reel of the best crowd generated content.

Must have

• Focus on a broad appeal...current site is focused on sports as are the logos...www.thelocalathlete.com and buzzerr.live. Would like to focus more on the crowd/fans and their engagement with the event, whether it be sports or a concert or other event.

Nice to have

• Clean and simple, concise. Because we are focused on a native app, something that we can use as the thumbnail is important. I like some of the logos attached like Napster, Jelly, as well as Snapchat, Flickr, Reddit, Dropbox, etc.

Should not have

• I don't like logos that have cartoonish animals
