it is very nice you gave us better specification. because e.g. "MAYBE" blue color could be any color from light cyan to navy blue. after 24 years in graphic design and marketing this is my experience: dont be lazy and describe your project as precisely as you can. ppl here are designers but not fortunetellers. think twice - yellow text on black background is nice for web or for businesscards but how do you want to print this combination on letterheads? ie yellow/white paper and black logo/text. specify, specify, specify.
