Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a creative type of logo for a podiatry practice.
The doctor has always used an image of a foot and his company and now he needs to start branding with a unique logo that will set him apart from the traditional podiatry logo.
The color I would like to use are dark blue. I am open to using an accent color as well.
