Logo Design Brief
The objective is to turn our plain/basic looking logo into something that pops a little more. We basically a version of the logo for the main company "Integrity Group, LLC Building and Renovating Dreams for 25 Years" and another that says "Integrity Group - Property Management" The property management peace could simply replace the building dreams slogan, however, it should be prominent enough to highlight the separate division of the company. Basically one logo for the main overall company and a very similar logo for the Property management company.
We already have a simple logo, but looking to see if there are any designers out there who could take this to the next level. We still want to have a simple look, but a logo that really captures what we do: Residential/Commercial Construction, Real Estate, Property Management. "Integrity!" in all we do.

Reason: Extending deadline a few more days to allow time for our next company meeting. We will pick a design by then and work with the designer on any final tweaks. We have committed to paying, a designer will be chosen. Thank you everyone for your hard work. If you have any new ideas, please submit them. Also we were looking for any concepts related to the definition of Integrity or Integrity from a construction standpoint, i.e. "Structural Integrity" ... not sure if there are any concepts that could be created off of that, but worth a shot if anyone has any ideas. Thanks again.
