Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a company based in Calgary. I do executive coaching, organizational change management, strategy facilitation and other small jobs. I recently worked for a massive company, leading a large team responsible for transformational change in the organization. I left as I was pissed with the consultants running the show and I wanted to go out an use my skills to make a difference for smaller companies.

My company's name is: Anneek Inc.

Officially its called Anneek Coaching and Consulting Inc.

But I want it to be known as just Anneek Inc.

Reason, its strong feminine. I DO NOT want anything pretentious, snobby, or just generally uppity. I will wear a suit if I need to but am a down to earth, say it like it is, kind of a person. I fill my cup by providing value to others (not in a do-gooder way, but in a I have listened to what you want, and can help you make it better for yourself). I call myself a bold intuitive executive coach, I make sure to hold you accountable. I am an energetic person, I love to laugh and smile and have fun, But I am also driven and will work extremely hard to get the job done.

The model of what I deliver is: Tell me about what you have going on. Then I evaluate (using, coaching, change management, facilitation) to support you to get to YOUR answer, not mine. The difference is in the sustainment, I can help make sure it sticks in the end through a solid program, so there is not one answer. Professional, strong and also not uppity.

So, I would like a design that will reflect this, hopefully this helps you capture a bit of who I am and what I want to portray.
