T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for a t-shirt design featuring the Sec. of Defense, General 'Mad Dog' Mattis. Looking for a design with his face, bust, silhouette, and the phrase "LET THE MAD DOG EAT". Design should be bold, masculine, and patriotic. The design will be going on either a black, white, or gray shirt. We could also print on OD green if the design calls for it. Please view the attached images for some direction.
