Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for an international medical diagnostics devices company called 'POCT' (Point of care testing). POCT is a common medical term defined as diagnostic testing done outside of the laboratory in close proximity to the patient (Near patient diagnostics). POCT is typically performed by pharmacists in their pharmacy, doctors in their practice or emergency departments , paramedics , nurses in rural/remote environments or in mobile community clinics. A POCT device is a rapid test (results given in minutes) , providing immediate real-time input into clinical decision making. Healthcare workers can act upon POCT results immediately and there is a rapid completion of the test-and-treat cycle. The logo design should communicate accurate, rapid test,real-time patient care. We would like the colour blue and red in the logo design.
