This is a new, soon to be completed, boutique hotel in Sydney. A letterhead with a logo is required. Less emphasis on the word "boutique". Perhaps the word could be screened to be lighter in colour (or print intensity). Would like a simple, clear, easy-to read, sans serif type face. The information on the letterhead is:

Nice to have

• The word "Boutique" should be less intense in appearance to the rest of the name, or even "Boutique Hotel" can have less prominence than "Mrs Banks".

Should not have

• No serif typeface. Sans serif only will be accepted.
