I need a logo design for a new business based in Auckland, New Zealand called Long Life Coaching. I will be working 1 to 1 with clients to help them improve their quality of life - overcoming things like fears, phobias, allergies and traumas as well as goal setting and future planning. I would love some shades of aqua in the final design but don't feel limited to that one shade. I'd like something that is welcoming so that anxious people feel calmed and welcomed to my business but I'd also like it to be professional so they know they can trust me and my skills. While the business name is Long Life Coaching, I'm also keen to have a by-line that reads 'fast and effective change'.

Requirements
Must have
- Clear text that's easy to read.
- 'fast and effective change' in smaller font size
- An overall calming but professional feel to it.
- Aqua colour in the logo somewhere. Several shades of aqua is fine too. Other colours are fine as well.
- I'm keen on a serif or san-serif font. Nothing too fancy, but also nothing too plain. I have tried to tick the boxes below but they won't select.
Nice to have
- Maybe some gentle wave like shapes in the background might be nice. I'm not sure.
- Or even an abstract graphic of some sort near the words to soften the look of the words.
Should not have
- Shades of pink.
