Logo Design Brief
The company is a Real Estate Title Company based out of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, with a focus on the investor. Investors Title Service is an real estate title insurance company that facilitates transactions for Refinances, Loans, Investors, 1031 Exchange, investment portfolios, etc. The acroynm for the company is "ITS" and I would like to see "ITS" as the main focal point of the logo with the company name incorporated. Attached are some color schemes that I really enjoy. I would like to see a correlation to real estate/investing (i.e keys, investing, housing). The company needs to be viewed as established, trustworthy and personable. Format type would be PSD to allow for more flexibility.
