Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for event center called Warehouse 231.
231 is actually the road it's located.
Old brick look for building, New Orleans style courtyard inside. Concert stage and party event room. 9000+ sq ft.
Weddings, Receptions, Concerts, parties, business events etc...
The logo will also be on brickwall of entrance and inside and should stand out for pictures. Logo should work well with facebook. I am a designer but this is my business so stepping out to let someone else give this a shot. Possibly B/W logo?

We are located in Montgomery, AL. Building is warehouse and we want old Warehouse look on outside.
