Advertisement Design Brief

We are looking for a black and white advertisement size 7.5x5 and 3.75 x10 and full page 7.5x10 inches, for our dental practise. We want to include our dentists names and contact info. We want to incorporate a maple leaf theme ( see attached ) with a fun hockey tooth theme for families. It will run in Blueline magazine available to view at www.calgaryroyalsaa.com
