T-shirt Design Brief

Were looking for a simple design for an upcoming European tour t shirt. We are a rock band with a style mixed between, the dictators, ac/dc, kiss & cheap trick.
Were looking for a 'b grade' horror theme with perhaps a weird dino creature looking menacing, (think creature from the black lagoon, mixed with a dinosaur), with the words 'He's Alive! somewhere on the shirt. The band logo is attached which should also feature on the design. most likely this will be on either a black or white t shirt, however, happy to be flexible on this should the design warrant a different colour. Most importantly, it would be ideal if the design looked like it was a tshirt from either the 70's or the 80's.

• i have come up with pretty much what I'm after in the design. Ive attached a rough draft of what I'm looking for, as well as the image of the creature i used
• I'm very terrible at In Design, so I'm now looking for someone who can polish my design to make it 100%.
• Happy for a little creative license if you get my on my wavelength with this vintage style type of design, to make it even cooler.
