3D Design Brief

Looking for a 3D rendering of an exterior for a new home. The CAD designs are complete and we are looking to determine the finishes for the home. The renderings would involve different finishes/textures potentially depending on the look. The items in question are the window style as well as the stonework around the windows.

Potential to complete the entire home interior/exterior depending on the project and process.

Requirements

Must have

• Renderings with some greenery to place the home in it's setting but nothing overdone. The home should have the desired finishes as such.
• Walnut door in style as per PDF
• Stone and roof colours/material as per attached sample pictures.
• Windows as per sample window provided.

Nice to have

• An evening shot with pot lights in the soffits would be great.
