The "bit" part is related to the software development aspects of the company. The "moon" part is related to having great goals (like reaching the moon).

We have received a lot of proposals where the moon is the central part of the design but up to now, none of them fit because most of them are too obvious. We are not against the use of the moon as a possible element in the design but it could be considered in a more elaborated way (e.g. Antiparticl logo, they use particles in the logo but the design is clean and not so obvious http://slodive.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/corporate-logo-designs/antiparticle.jpg)

We are also open to consider other proposals where the moon element is not considered at all or just in a subtle way i.e. "moon" is a part of the company but maybe not the most important one. The company will develop web services and mobile products (android / iOS). These products will be mainly focused on social networks, cloud and location-aware services.
