Are you guarantee payment or will cancel the project after getting designs?

I would leave feedback for designs. As per guaranteed project. What if i don't like any designs submitted. If your designs are unique and of high quality you shouldn't be scared!!!

Couple questions
- Do you need car select\search field in above the fold section like cars.com or edmunds.com has?
- Do you have fixed main menu items? dropdown or not ?
- What type of infos will be in homepage? \for example news feed, featured posts, about your service, social feeds etc\
