Logo Design Brief

The business is a startup real estate agency which will sell and manage property.

I do not want any typical type house graphic as part of the logo. I want to be distinct modern and stylish. I have included a logo which I have done. I am happy for this design to be pushed to the next level or for original designs. I like the colour combination of grey and purple, I am open to grey and orange. I am happy for more colours to be added but the design should be simple and elegant, not complicated. A need a graphic icon as well as a logo.

In presenting the name 'Abode people and property', I would like the word 'Abode' to be treated as the main name, with 'people and property' treated more as a slogan. The example I have included will help you picture this.

The final design should communicate style.
