Logo Design Brief

I have an existing logo but I cannot get in the correct format. I'm considering updating the logo altogether. It will be for a concrete business but needs to be industrial style font (but legible for small and large projects), concrete textures in the background if possible, bright cobalt blue font. Business colors now are cobalt blue, heather grey, small bits of black. The logo will be used in print for business cards, t shirts, and website banner, social media.
