Poster Design Brief

I need a poster to attract clients to my business Flexion PT.
The demographic I am targeting is 30-45 year old overweight women and men. I would like some gym pictures incorporated. (these should not be pics of athletes/super fit body types)These are up to you. Please note my target market as super fit models would not be appropriate.
I am fond of the black background but I am open to change.

No email, website or street address please
I would like a small picture of myself near the contact details but do not want my photo to be a feature.
