Where are you located like state or whatever so I can figure out a way to make something without referencing a house?

I hope all is well.

I just saw your job post and would be interested in helping you out. A couple of notes, I too am a realtor and develop properties. I used to live in Melbourne beach Florida and know your market very well.

I have a couple of questions that would help me better understand your business and as such develop a design.

1. Do you have a domain name that you are going to be using? If you do, I would recommend your logo design to be around your domain name so that you would in fact develop the brand you want your clients to go to.
If you don't have a domain name yet, KatieBrayHomes.com is still available and you may want to buy that domain name. You could use Godaddy and buy the domain for about $12.99.

Also, I am not sure if you already have a website, but if you don't, you should look into the Zillow sites for agents it is very inexpensive and very reliable. For example my site is buyselldmv.com take a look at it to get a feel for what it does.

finally, about your domain, who is your clientele? what markets are you targeting? First time home buyers, age groups, income levels and home price ranges. For example, if your target market is Windermere those buyers would be very different than other parts of town. Also, what colors do you like to see in your logo?

Thank you for the awesome info!! My domain right now is Kbrayhomes.com, but I think I will probably get KatieBrayHomes.com too!! Thanks for the suggestions!! I have someone making my website now through Genesis (WordPress). My clientele will be more mid to high end real estate. Eventually after branding myself, only focusing on luxury real estate. I wanted something fresh and eye appealing! I like greens, oranges, with subtle mixtures of gray and or black and white. Thanks again for all the info!!!
